CVSC Transitioning to Full GPS Club

November 29th, Waltham, MA, 2018; Global Premier Soccer (GPS) and Crescenta Valley SC (CVSC) are delighted to announce that effective January 1st, the club will be rebranded as GPS Los Angeles.

The name change recognizes the club’s continued growth throughout the Los Angeles County area, and the partnership with GPS, which began in early 2017.

“Crescenta Valley SC has enjoyed significant growth and success over the past 17 years and established itself as a leading player development program in LA county,” said CVSC Founder Reggie Rivas.  “The new name reflects the club’s status, location and acknowledges the increasing role GPS continues to have with the club.”

Rivas, will stay with the club and become part of the wider GPS California management team as an Assistant GM to Kurtis Millan, GPS California General Manager, and CVSC Coach.

GPS LA will allow GPS California to more effectively interact with the Los Angeles area as well as the rest of Southern California.

“We are very excited to announce GPS Los Angeles and look forward to continuing CVSC’s growth and success under the GPS banner,” said Millan.  “It’s a major milestone for GPS California and the GPS brand as a whole as we continue to develop our West Coast presence.”
